Our story
Why PlantBid exists.
Commercial landscape contractors have always had to figure out plant sourcing on their own. Phone calls to nurseries that are not picking up. Paper availability lists. Quotes that take three days to come back. Hours of legwork that never show up on an invoice.
PlantBid was built to change that. Our founders came from the commercial landscape and wholesale plant industry, and they knew this problem from the inside. The goal was simple: give commercial contractors a faster, more reliable way to source wholesale plants without building a new software product to do it.
The result is a dedicated procurement team that works on behalf of commercial buyers, sourcing from a vetted regional grower network, building the submittal documentation your clients expect, and coordinating delivery to your job site.
